Call to Adventure: Meet Guinevere and saves her life, he kisses her and lets her go.
Refusal of the Call: He lets Guinevere leave freely, without anything from her.
Meeting with the Mentor: Lancelot meets Peter the stableman, and goes to Camelot. He "wins" a kiss from Lady Guinevere after completing the challenge course. Although she refuses to kiss him, King Arthur takes him aside to talk to him of how and why he completed the course.
Crossing the Threshold: Lancelot saves Lady Guinevere a second time after she is taken by Prince Malagant, they spend time in the woods together, and return to Camelot to Arthur. Arthur then extends the opportunity for Lancelot to become a knight at the round table.
Tests, Allies, Enemies: Lancelot meets the other knights (Allies). They battle Malagant for Leoness (Test/Enemy) He saves Guinevere several times (tests) He becomes close with King Arthur (Allies)
Approach: He remembers his family dying in the chapel when they get to Leoness. He becomes closer to King Arthur.
Ordeal: He tells Lady Guinevere he is leaving Camelot, and will not be returning. He proclaims his love for her. She asks him to kiss her, and so they kiss. King Arthur walks in at this exact moment to discover the betrayal.
Reward: The King realizes Guinevere loves Lancelot, and after the king is injured and at his death bed, Arthur gives Lancelot Guinevere and the Kingdom. He kisses Guinevere.
The Road Back: Lancelot and Lady Guinevere can be together.
Resurrection: He fights the mighty Prince Malagant and finally kills him.
Return with Elixir: They send the King's body out down the river and cremate him.
